Yeah, the toes at #4 volt tap were definitely not tied in, so I tried the #5 volt tap. I am still adjusting to the gun (larger and different than the gun on my HH175) and the whole welding process feels different with this machine. Probably different slope or inductance values. It is a "good" difference as oppose to a "bad" different feel.
