Had it a couple of weeks now and thus far have cut some 1/2" plate (like butter) and welded it together with some 1/8th" 6011 at about 110 amps and a few 7014s at about 100 amps!

Yes! The manual says to open the machine up and blow it out with air periodically. Is that just a matter of taking out the four screws on the sid of the machine and lifting the cover off?
