for home use the 140e is a great little 110 unit....you would be surprisewd what this little machine can do....and if you want to get into aluminum tig the 250 ex is a very nice machine have had 1...

ive also had bad argon tanks to...happens when people empty the tank all the way...should never do that and also people leave the valve open on the tank when they return it...that will contaminate...

did you dip your tungsten...your welds look a little contaimanatiated...what size and type of tungsten are you using ?are you sharpening your tungsten properly?
