Nice video, but it is a bit hard for me to hear your voice with the music.
Also, did anybody else notice how many videos from the black guys showed up in the right hand column? How did they horn in on an Everlast video?
Actually, it depends on how videos are tagged, titled, and described. Keywords are used in searches, and related words are brought up.
Sorry about the music volume ... the last video I put out a couple people complained that they couldn't hear my music ... gee now I don't know what to do ... haha ... been a musician since 1962 now I'm about deaf LOL the software I was using was a little vague on sound track editing.
PS Changed the tags and title should help.
what software did you use?
It was the standard windows movie maker ... I went back and looked at it again ... I found a volume control ... it looks like once it's set you are stuck with the setting all the way through ... next time I'll be a little more diligent and bring the amplitude down a bit. The last few vids I've done were of nitro machines and I couldn't get the volume up high enough to cover the motors and I had complaints that the sound track was in the mud.
Since movie maker is free on a lot of computers, it's not something to complain about. But I have corel Video Studio ProX5. It comes with all the controls you could need, along with decent effects. And the bonus is that it is fairly cheap.
Winky,
Thanks for taking the time to make it and post it up. I think you did a great job on the video.
I recall seeing the same type of stuff in the sidebar even looking at everlast vids without any model number at all. Maybe it has something to do with the us vs. them comparisons. Of course it probably works the other way too, I'm sure there are no complaints from EL about that!
Actually, how about just using the music for intros, outtros and action-only scenes? When you are talking, I like to hear your voice without competition from the music.
I'm impressed that you can tig weld without propping you hand on something! :) I would be all over the place!
I have made a revision of a review I did on an Everlast Powertig 200DX welder in which I lowered the volume of the sound track to bring out the dialog better ... http://youtu.be/Fvv4T0mhOqk
