Delivery Date for Early april order

A delay discount would be cool on a "future purchase". Seems like a win win! Everlast gets repeat business, we get a reward for our patience!

I think what she was referring to is that SOMETIMES the packages are under one tracking number, though not always. They'll be listed as package 1 of 2, 2 of 2 etc.

IF you think there is a problem give another call, or call me and I will double check on your packaging.

Thanks Mark, I will give you a call tomorrow, just to make sure. My UPS tracking information says number of packages 1.

I think I understand what she is saying, after talking with her some more. She is saying that the actual number of referenced packages won't show until UPS actually scans the product, then the full amount will show. Unless two numbers were issued, for some reason, the tracking numbers may not show.

When I reference my tracking number it shows that I have 2 packages and shows 2 different tracking numbers.

Not to stir up anything and maybe some are showing multiple and some may not be.

Ok I understand what you are saying, but the weight still has me confused the listed weight of 45lbs. I guess I will just wait until UPS gets something listed.

I just received another shipping notification from UPS for the second unit, I should have waited to ask my question. Oh well at least I know it is coming now.

The weight on mine is different than what is listed on the website also. Something may have changed since it was posted on the site or the weight on the label may be off. I wouldnt worry too much about it if its somewhat close.

Miller welders are fine units and made in America an on an assembly line you pay for all that. I guess when you placed your order you should have asked what thy had on hand and got one of those. These literally come in on the proverbial " Slow boat from China"


Mark when the units come make a new thread announcing it, then close it so no posts ca be added or you'll get 200 "finally" replies LOL

I talked to Oleg (email) Thursday. All units will go out Friday or Monday. Looks like Friday is out!

I got an email Thursday that said they would receive them Friday but nothing was changed on my tracking so I assume they will go Monday. Any official word on this?

I actually have a unit coming to me from this shipment. I was told last week it would ship by Friday. So hang in there, units are shipping. Just a lot of units to get on the trucks.

It a little uneasy to 'hang in there' when we have been given dates that come and go and then no feed back form Everlast. Last word found was an email wit ha 4/10 date, since then I dont recall seeing anything from everlast. There were some comments that Oleg had said Friday, but a post form someone at everlast with a few details of what happened and what the next ETA is going to be nice.

would you feel better if they told you some time before thanksgiving? :D

I spoke to customer service a few minutes ago. They said that some welders went out friday and the rest will go out today. A few minutes later I received my tracking numbers. The helmet will be here tomorrow and the welder label has been created but does not show shipped as of now.

Thanks for the update, and same as I mentioned.

I also called our customer service last week as well. Mark, Ray and myself here in tech support on the tech forum can only relay what we are told. If you have direct questions, that is the thing to do. As I did last week.

Still no update to the tracking number - gave oleg a call and they are all out on the loading dock now waiting for ups to pick them up...

UPDATE: The rest of the units will be picked up today by UPS with in a few hours. They are picking them up in bulk. Just scanning the batch clip. Tracking will be delayed because of that.
So give it GOOD few hours.

I am very sorry for such delay of this shipment.
