That pic was just to demonstrate the propane start. I did fire it up for the inaugural smoke on Sunday and did some Baby Backs and Bacon Exposions. Yum!:P

Ahh! That explains the propane tank at the front. Very nicely done! :D
Looks like you did a real nice job and you spent a lot of time on detail and finish. If you use any cherry wood for smoking PM me .
Did you go to the stadium on Sunday, or just fire it up at home. Had a friend there with the Dewalt tailgate party group , he commented there were a lot of unhappy fans.
Thanks CB! Hickory is my primary, but I love Pecan and Apple when I get my hands on it. Tried some Walnut recently, but was not a fan. (I know there are some brisket places in Texas that are partial to it.) I haven't tried Cherry before, but have heard great things and would love to.
I monitored the smoker and game from the recliner. Though still a fan, I'm no longer willing to spend that kind of green for tickets and parking to be embarrassed by the current level of coaching and play. I do miss the incredible ambiance of Arrowhead though... You can smell the tailgating magic from miles away!
