I have a few of them. Different Grits. Found some Dewalt brand 120 at Amazon. Ordered them back awhile ago. I may order more.
This project has Almost used a 2 Pound roll of .030" Lincoln L56. There might be 1/4 to 1/2 Pound leftover. Only about 300 PSI in the tank. Put some Rustoleum primer on it to protect it. I may not be able to paint it. Starting to get a little chilly out. And rain most of the week. Besides, Haven't decided on a color yet. Maybe a Semi-Gloss Black or Medium Gray. To help hide some of the imperfections.

Primed. Waiting for it to dry. Its upside down at the moment. I did get two cans of RustOleum Sail Blue. I could have gotten Magic (I think the name was) brand JD/ Sfety Green. But figured that would be too much Green on Green. Just need to drill the holes for the Safety Chain.
My carts are black, not flat. And my welders are green. Works great me me. :) A dark blue would look good too. But I agree on too much green.Quote:

I used 5/6" U-Bolts. Threads weren't long enough. Had to use a Die to cut a few more. This way I was able to use a nut on the bottom. To help lock them in place. The Swivel Casters were mounted in a little bit. This way the front wheels don't extend past the frame. The rear casters(Fixed) are underneath the 1/8" plate to handle the weight of the tank and cart. The 1/8" Thick Sq. Tubing was used on the rear legs for extra strength. Height is 27", Depth is 30", Width is 12" (14" on the rear plate)
I would've liked to have had a Drawer to store small items in.
Its actually pretty easy to roll. Even with all the weight on it. Maybe I should've made it a little taller.
Looks nice. How about a picture of it all loaded up? One minor point, it's not a great idea to hang cables over small hooks like your U bolts. It can damage them over time, because they will exceed their minimum bend radius. This is true of all cables, but particularly with MIG guns, as they have moving parts inside.
You can always add a drawer at a later date. There are all kinds of add on drawers for things that you can adapt.
