I heard that about going postal on UPS! My welder and cooler were shipped out the same time. My cooler got here in two days, but UPS lost my welder for four days! Yes you heard me right. They had no clue as to where it was in there system. Ive have all sorts of issues with UPS from lost items that never showed up and the company I bought from had to send out replacements, to damage that was just not acceptable.
