I am going to make a cart soon to hold my mig and plasma cutter . my cart going to have a mount for a flat screen tv so i can watch Nascar while welding lol
Very nice and well thought out cart. The rounded corners are awesome and the method is so simple. What are your first impressions and how do you like the I-Mig 200?
It's a nice welder and works great. This is my first Mig so it will take a little bit to learn it but it was very easy to get up and running. Took a few minutes and I was welding 16g without blowing holes in it..lolQuote:

Keep us updated on how you like the I-Mig 200 as you use it more. I want to have the ability to mig weld and I think that the 200 would be a great start.
Really good job there. I especially like the cord hanger idea, I've been racking my brain for a while now trying to think of some space-efficient way to stow multiple cords/hoses and you have just provided it. The corner rounding cheat is a good one for the knowledge base as well.

That was a piece of 1 1/4" flat stock.....I had to cut pie shapes out of it to bend it to the shape and then weld it back together.Quote:
