A couple additions to the cart.....
I added padding on both sides of the welder just to keep it firmly in place.
I also wanted to keep the torch from flopping around so I added a piece of 1" tubing for a holster...

I am going to make a cart soon to hold my mig and plasma cutter . my cart going to have a mount for a flat screen tv so i can watch Nascar while welding lol
Very nice and well thought out cart. The rounded corners are awesome and the method is so simple. What are your first impressions and how do you like the I-Mig 200?

for entire happiness you needed to get plasma:)
Keep us updated on how you like the I-Mig 200 as you use it more. I want to have the ability to mig weld and I think that the 200 would be a great start.
Really good job there. I especially like the cord hanger idea, I've been racking my brain for a while now trying to think of some space-efficient way to stow multiple cords/hoses and you have just provided it. The corner rounding cheat is a good one for the knowledge base as well.
