This is my second BMX frame. For fun I thought I would use tubemitre.exe. It was very simple to use and I will not hesitate to use it again. Tubemitre.exe would be great for larger diameter fishmouths.

I downloaded tubemitre, I have been looking for a program like that for years,
You can buy the templates at welding shops but now I can make my own templates, cool program for the fabricator to have on hand. I hope Santa brings you a cart for that nice machine you keep on the floor.
A cart might be handy, I have something in my shed I am concidering. Its a retail rack on castors, about 2' square and the top rack is at about 4'. The thing is I do most of my work on the road, repairing wine tanks and commercial kitchens. But how awesome is that machine? I'm up in Canada and its cold. I thought it might mess with the sensitive electronics. Not even close, smooth every time and the settings are exactly where I left them with pedictable results every time I start the machine.
You may want to try Tube Bender from JD2 at

for free software to bend tubes and design.
For those that need a cool tool for tube notching
That tubemite program can be found at http://www.ozhpv.org.au/resources/shed/tubemiter.html
I have that tube bend program, I am still learning it, its cool to animate your bends. On topic of bending tube, I have a problem with wrinkling tubes. I am bending 5/8" .035 4130, 3/4 .035 4130, and 7/8 .035 4130. I would like to do these bends around the smallest die possible and keep it clean. Any suggestions?
I'm getting ready to order a set of tubes for a road bike. Do you build with a jig? I've built hand rails and roll cages in the past, but I'm a little unsure how to keep everything aligned.
what size gas cyclinder is that? looks like s streach model
Did you purchase the tubes for the tubes for the front end and the pedals to accept the bearings? That would be a cool project to do for the kids.
I hope you have that argon tank secure if it falls over and knock the valve off it could be ugly
