I am having trouble with my power plasma 50, purchased a few months ago. It cuts great, but once you release the trigger air will still flow and the arc will not start back. My guess is the relay coil is sticking but who knows! My air is good and dry, any help. Please. One more thing I've called the tech number at least 4 times over two weeks and no call back.

Without knowing your name, I can not tell if you were called and left message or we never got your call. Four calls does not sound right. I can tell you yesterday, I personally had to leave two voicemails and wait on two other fellows to get off work and call me when they were at their units.
But we do leave a callback number and I repeat it twice. If you leave a message for tech support, please state your number twice. If we do not get, or can not make out your number we can not call you back.
