How I set my Super250 up--

:D This is how I set my Super 250 up--I Utilized a Bigfoot Kids wagon with larger tires so it moved easily outside also-[attachment=2:2y1fy7zp]2009_0502Image0001.JPG[/attachment:2y1fy7zp]- I weld in a very large plastics plant on molds in presses so I use something similar at work to cart around the 3 welders I need to use there-- The racks on the side I utilized with common hooks attached to them to secure the hoses and cables- I used a #8-4 extrension cable for the input- Remember- larger the better when doing this and this is fine for up to 20 ft. extra extension cord and it also provide another wire so you can make sure the unit is grounded good-also I cut a hole in it as I us large tanks and built a support to lower the tank so it is more stable-[attachment=1:2y1fy7zp]2009_0502Image0006.JPG[/attachment:2y1fy7zp] and I junction the regulatorfor the air and the gas with shut offs and tees so the won't backfeed each other- you can see this also in the pictures of the back along with the extra ground attached on the back of the welder---[attachment=0:2y1fy7zp]2009_0502Image0002.JPG[/attachment:2y1fy7zp]---it works great-just make sure you attach the unit somehow so it doesn' fall off-- I used 2x4's under it and drilled 1 inch deep holes for the feet to go in and secured the 2x4's to the wagon and used two straps to the wood from two existing cover screws- and a piece of angle to secure the tank--also note that for now I have a bungee cord on the tank- it will be replaced with a ratchet strap very soon-alot SAFER--- also like my units at work, you can use a ratchet strap to hold the welder to the wagon if you want-it's alot more portable if you have to quickly remove the unit and carry the welder to someplace the cart can't get into--!!!!-----RSP
