Problems with Power Plasma 50

My name is John Mattox and I have recently bought an Everlast Power Plasma 50. After we first bought it and tried to use it we had problems with water in our air, but we have solved that, we now have a different problem. The cutter simply will not work. We plug in the power and the air and turn on the machine, all of the lights turn on and seem to indicate that the machine is functioning properly. However, when we pull the trigger nothing happens, no air comes out, no spark or even a hint that it wants to cut. We have replaced all of the consumables and even taken the torch head apart thinking that maybe there was a loose wire or some such, but we could find nothing. We tried to call technical support at 877 755 9353 but we have never been able to reach anyone and no one has ever called us back. We have run out of thing that we could do to try and fix this and we need help from someone who knows more about these things than us.
