Hi!!! I'm the new guy.. I Just purchase a Super 250. Got it all set up. It works just beautiful. I am a 20+ year Mold Maker and Welder in the Plastics industry. I repair all types of molds from Injection,thermoform,EPS, and Blow type molds of all sizes. I use Miller Hybrid Aerowave, Syncrowave, dynasty, at work every day. I have to welde all kinds of metals including, mild stainless and toolsteels, Aluminum, copper bronze alloys, aluminum bronze alloys and berilium coppers . I purchased this welder for at home to replace my deceased Blackhawk. I did all the research and found these to be better than the millers I use everday-- Had to try them- To say the least this is a very stable unit and it does alot more that my work units that aren't a versatle. I've tried it in all ways and it welds just as good or better a the units that cost 10-20 times more that I use at work. The warrenty is way better than their competition and i can see that costumer service is thierbottom line --Thanx for a great unit-- RS
