Tuesday I ordered a PowerPro205 over the phone. I was told it would ship that same day. Yesterday I had not received an email confirming the order and have no order number so can't access its status. Yesterday I emailed sales asking for confirmation and a tracking number. No answer yet. Is anybody home?:confused:

Not sure where you are but they are on Pacific time. Offices don't open until 9.
They had one letter wrong on my email address. Not sure why someone could not have responded to the email I sent yesterday in which I gave my full address along with email and two phone numbers.
I now have my invoice and tracking number. Hopefully, I'll send the forum some good news next week about its performance.
