PowerPro 205(~2010), low power in Tig mode, too low to weld.

I've search over the forum, but the few threads that seems to be like the problem I got doesn't finish with a solution. So here what my machine do or don't :

-Stick and plasma work.
-Amp power knob work in those mode.
-I can stick weld with an electrode in my tig torch(so I can assume that my tig torch and my ground clamp are good)(I have try 2 different torches and I have disassembled the ground too) .
-It does the problem with the trigger on the torch or with the pedal.
-The hf works,(it buzz before it start the arc)
-The arc start, but the amp on the machine stays at 23amps with the trigger is activated. The amp meter still stay at 23 even if I just trigger it but stay away from the table.
-For an obscure reason the machine start working again for about a couple of minutes (after 2years of break before I tried it again last week)
- It does that in ac and dc, and with whatever settings I try(more pulse amp, more or less amp, flow, slope...)

Any input or test you have in mind to help me.

You are in 4T. Release the button to weld, or go to 2T. Pedal only works in 2T. Also your cog could have slipped on your foot pedal, but that is less likely than simply having the switch wrong.

I'm pretty sure I'm at 2t(cause I'm always) but I'm still gonna check and I'm gonne check if this switch works. I've verify all the connection inside the machine today, everything seems thing. Also the potentionmeters in front of the machine seems fine too, I've check a few with an ohmeter.

The welder is in 2t and the switch works. I've try it in 4t and it work(up slope down slope) but still no peak power. I'm gonna post video tonight.

On this unit, your max amps are going to be controlled on the foot pedal. When used with the torch switch, of course they are controlled on the panel. But you also cannot turn the pulse off on this early model.

From your pulse settings, you have your pulse balance is set at 0. This would prevent your pulse amps from cycling and possibly keep you from going to the high amp cycle. You should have 50% so the time is equal to even out things . And I really can't tell where your pulse frequency is set. But a rapid frequency would be good. And keep your pulse amps set to equal roughly your welding amps to minimize the pulsing effect.
