Revers Flow Smoker

It's been awhile posting anything but I do lurk the forum now and then. Just finished off putting together a reverse flow smoker for a large gathering this past Labor Day weekend. Cooked 8, 16lbs briskets, 30 pounds of chicken, 20 racks of ribs and with room to spare! About 160 people showed up for the reception. Here are some picks.

Used the old PowerTig 185 (2013, first DV that came out), IMIG200 (2015) and Power Plasma 50 (2012). So far they have been reliable with a few glitches now and then. They split time between the shop and offsite. I mostly use them for stainless fab work and I do enough to keep them busy especially these last three years since I bought out my old boss, now I own the company :D. Happy to say that I've just purchased a PowerTIG 255EXT for mostly shop work while the 185 will be hitting the road with me when I need it.
