A quick search will show you that argon and tank price threads come up from time to time. It has been awhile so maybe an update is in order, but as I recall the best prices were in the southern US and crazy high in Hawaii. The real take away was that there are hugh price swings even in a small area so it's best to shop around for price and service in your area. For example I have two local suppliers that are a stones throw from each other, but the price difference between them is over 100%.Quote:

I just swapped my T sized tank for about $90. US
In December I bought a 125 cft bottle for $250 and the other supplier I buy from wanted $300 for the same size bottle.

I get the big tanks (390cf?) $299 for a 99 year lease and $60 for a refill. Same price for 100% argon or 75/25.
