replacement parts availability ?

We usually see threads about length of warrantee but I have a question that I would like an answer to:

If an Everlast product has been offered for the last say 4 years and if I purchased this product today - What length of time in years does Everlast guarantee having ALL of the replacement parts available to me in case I need these parts to have it repaired ?


I realize the warrantee period is 3 years in Canada and 5 years in the U.S.A. I just want to make sure my welder doesnt become a boat anchor before its time:

Well, I'll speculate a bit...

If you've read the warrantee, I recall no Everlast guarantee of ANY parts availibiliy for any period of time.

But that doesn't really matter, as the unit is guaranteed to be repaired or replaced during the term of the warantee.

Of course, most parts will undoubtedly not vanish after your particular warrantee period ends. And it may be of some added comfort to know that US models are the same as Canadian models, so parts availibility throughout all of North America will undoubtedly be the same.

The seller neglected to pack the 9994 with any padding, they just squeezed it in a box and taped it up. A very sad and disrespectful thing to do, for the 9994 and myself. I would be interested in purchasing replacement parts if someone has the parts here.
