205p plasma issue

Hi all, I have really enjoyed my everlast 205p for the past few years.. the welder and plasma were doin fine. I still don't have the tig down yet...
I went to fire up the plasma today cut some 3/8 plate... good air pressure/ dryer/ground and new consumables.... when I go start cut ..just air... then just a little arc... but hardly able to cut anything..if I touch the metal I'm able to get an arc at first it seems lazy.. but then will kick in and I'm cutting...no prob
If I stop then it's the same drama... any ideas ? Torch? I recall someone mentioned about points? Does this unit have em? If so I'd appreciate direction to a sticky or just how to adjust.. Thks in advance

Well, I dug around the machine ..and low and behold I figured the issue out... what was happening was the hose and wiring coming from the unit was kinking... which would allow full airflow sometimes and none sometimes.
After propping the end of line/wire it works fine.. so this is a good end to this story..I will have a closer look at the wires to and make sure all is good there.😀
