One tip, take good pictures of the board before you start unplugging things. That way you can refer back to make sure everything goes in the right place on the new board.Quote:

As a general rule on all our units, never remove the front covers on an Everlast. That is the one of the first parts assembled!
Just remove the metal cover. The board is on the left side (facing unit) standing vertically from top to bottom. IIRC, there are about 6 screws holding the board in, and a ground wire at the top on the support rail. A few connections that are fairly simple to unplug and a power connection or two and it pops right out. Should take about 15 minutes to get it all out, if that much.
