I built a three decker years ago. Mistake was I did not put swivel wheels on the rear. So a pain to navigate sometimes. I have the PP80 on the bottom, and had the IMIG200 in the middle and 255EXT on top. But with the 250P, well, it's on the floor ;)
I have 4 hooks, two on each side for torches and ground. Good job. How does it roll. I think I have 5" wheels on mine, rubber.
I purchased really good polyurethane casters (all swivel) that have grease fittings for the wheel and pivot. I have wished a time or two I had built it with 2 standard and 2 pivoting. It's rolls great but takes a bit of effort to get it started and stopped due to the weight. It's evtremely handy to have all welders and cutters in one place on a small foot print.

I think your did right with all pivots. Mine want to turn on me when I change direction, sort of a pain with all the weight.
