I should do something similar to mine. The tray isn;t big enough for the 200dx. I could fit my PT185 on it, but don;t really use a cart with it.
Cool. How did you bent the tubing? What machine do you have on top? How sturdy/stable is the HF cart with the welder, water cooler and large tank on it?
I looked at one at my local HF. Wasn't impressed with the Strength of the unit. Felt flimsy. The one I saw had 3 levels. I would like to build one. But don't have much metal working tools. Just some handheld power tools, 8" drill press, Etc.

I bent the tubing with a bender I made using the pro-tools 105 dies it is sturdy enough to hold my welder since in my case it does not move far, I currently use a 25' weldcraft crafter series cs310 torch so it reaches most jobs with no problem I also put a 25' ground on also. the tig machine is a powertig 210EXT and the other is a powerplasma 80s.
