Love the foot peddle But been working on a hand control to use for amp control . What i have been working on is a control like what you squeeze with your left or rite hand like one of those exercise things you use to work your hand muscles. But easy to squeeze. Have a thumb control but sucks with welding gloves . Be nice to just squeeze the 2 levers together to control amps and allot more precises on control amps
i put a 25 foot water cooled torch system with a wp 20 225 amp flex head torch and bought a momentary flat button switch and use it all the time and it beats the amptrol type as long as you learn and know how to use the momentary switch
There's so much to learn on these machines. I haven't fooled with the 2T and hand control but I suspect it is similar to the momentary switch you're talking about.

4T gives more advantages with the finger switch than 2T but both have their places.
