Analog 200dx only welds in mma, no power in tig mode
So I´ve had this welder since 2009 and have burned a ton of rods with it, my first problem with it was with the foot pedal, the 47k potentiometer was having a few issues so i gotrid of it and used only the 2k2 one and that worked fine, for the last 3 years, now about 4 months ago I was welding some aluminum and it sudently lost power, It work HF fine but when I would spark an ark I would only get 12 or 13 amps, So I called Ray and he shipped me another main board ( by the way I´m in Brazil) after pluging the new board in it started right up, and welded fine again. Then 2 months ago my 2k2 potentiometer in the pedal started giving me problems so I got rid of the pedal, then about a week ago I was stick welding with it and it welded fine, then when to weld today with it in tig and once I sparked the ark I would only get 13 amps, so I switched to MMA and it welds fine, I´m 90% shure its the main board again, I opened the machine to see anything burned or loose wires but nothing look wrong in it, any one else ever had this problem?
If not I´ll be calling ray tomorrow and i´m going to ship him the 2 boards I got for repair
