Power ARC 140 = 9.5"H x 5.125"W x 11.625"D
There is a thread here with dimensions.

I found it odd that the 140ST and the 160 STH are so different in size! Most of the other machines that are similar in features and share the same series name use the same (or very close) size case. I'd love it if my 160STH was the size of the 140ST!
Not that much different, considering they tucked in a gas solenoid, HF module, and a little more umph. Probably more to make room on the front panel for the extra jacks and controls. 2.5" taller and just over an inch wider, with about the same length. With the gas and pedal connectors it's still pretty full.
The 140st is jam packed in there! Not a whole lot of room left and I'm glad they made it as compact as possible.
The size difference between the 140st and 160sth isn't much but can make the decision between the two that much more difficult for those looking for a good, reliable and ultra portable welder.
Yup, but I think I can squeeze in one more little upgrade that I've been thinking about.

I guess I should have chosen better wording. I didn't mean to say that the case sizes are all that much different, I just thought it would have been more economical for Everlast to use the larger 160STH case with the smaller (less equipped) 140ST, instead of creating another (odd sized) case just for that welder. I DID mean it when I said I wished my 160STH was the smaller dimension though! Sometimes an inch makes all the difference...or so I'm told...:O:D
