I love the machine so far, but still waiting on the stick welder electrode holder. Tried emailing you guys three times no reply. You did send the ground clamp and reg, but still missing the electrode holder. Please let me know or just email me back.Thanks - Ryan

The forums are more tech support-oriented: you may have better luck calling Sales directly at the San Francisco office. Their number is 1-877-755-weld (9353), and it's coming up on 9am California time right now.
