what happened to the phone number

I tried calling on my welder that is in under warrantee and the phones are no longer in service and I mean ALL even the fax. is it my area? it is a 503 area code. how do I check on my welder? toolman

We had a brief phone outage at the home office today up until about 10 minutes ago. Everything has been reported fixed now, though there may be some phone backlog.
