Just ordered my 200DX and it will ship tomorrow. Too bad the wife said when it gets here I am only allowed to open it, check for damage, put on the plug, turn it on, run a few beads, then pack back in box so she can wrap it and throw it under the tree. :(
Just put some old bricks in the box and tape it shut. :)

I have the flex-loc torch (water cooled) -> its really good, you can always get a good angle, and the super-flex cable is so light and soft that there is virtually no load on the torch while you use it - make it very comfortable.Quote:

I was thinking of getting a water cooled setup but most of my welding (TIG) is done on thinner material. Material that doesnt require water cooler atleast. I still might get set up with one in the future though for those rare moments where I come across something thicker.Quote:

Good point. I will still have to rethink what torch I want. I just dont feel like buying/making a cooler as well with the new torch though. I could just do the hose trick but I like everything nice and tidy and water hose emptying into teh yard/road/sink isnt tidy if you know what I mean.Quote:
