Registering for warranty?

I read through the warranty section on the Everlast main page, but didn't catch whether I'm supposed to register my 140st welder somehow.
Is there an online form to fill out?

Never mind, found it and registered. The form asked for a "code" as well as a serial number. I entered the two letter/numeral combos I found on the tech specs sticker on the top of my welder. Not sure which was which. Any way to tell? I trust I'm registered and my warranty is in effect anyways...yes?

Where did you find it? Link please? Also, do we need to register the product to get the 5 year warranty?
