Just bought a PP50, the number on the torch is WSD60P.
Is this is the same as an S45?
If not, what do I look for in the way of consumables and a roller set up.

post up a picture of the torch.
You've got the wrong torch unless it was a special order High freq unit. Not sure what's up.
Here you go, and this wasn't special ordered.

Post up pictures of the unit as well (the front) please.
My son has the 3-1 50 combo, and he has the same torch.

That's not a PP50 , it's a Supercut 50... a much lower priced mosfet machine. That's the right torch for this machine.
Sorry about the misinformation given.
Back to the original question about consumables and a roller cutter attachment.
Doesn't seem to be much out there, plus this site shows consumables for a different torch than I have, or so it would appear.
Looks like Chinese is the only choice, and from what I've seen on this site, tips don't have much life to them because of the inferior copper.
Any suggestions about some better quality materials, or is that just the way it is?
Thanks, I think that's the route I'll take.
If you'll buy our consumables, you WILL see a difference in life span.
But, it's good to see the picture, because we run into the problem with misquoting the model all the time. I can't tell you how many calls I have gotten and they told me the model and it wasn't even close... I am the kind of guy who if he buys something darn well knows what he bought. I guess everyone is different in that respect though.
Got no problem buying from ya'll, but the torch you show isn't what I've got, and that brings me back to what do I need to order?
I am not sure what you are referring to on this one. The torch you got is the one shown on the site for your unit. You are NOT supposed to have an s 45. The torch shown on the site is the exact same one you posted. Simply call in and tell them what you want to order for the SUPER cut 50P, NOT the PP50. http://www.everlastgenerators.com/Su...P-3905-pd.html
Isn't it this one?

There is a nice exploded diagram on page 18 of the manual, but maybe it would be nice to include part numbers for the parts on those pages, too.
Good point, we have been using the same torches for some time now. But the OP will find that unit and torch is a good little setup. With dry air it cuts very well. I wish I had that torch on my PP60 sometimes.
Like Mark mentioned, I would order consumables from us as we have done a lot of work making sure it's quality made. Though I am sure some others have good quality as well. Just keep an eye on the desiccant filter, they work well for the price.
I found the same problem with the manual, The one that comes up on the web site for a SuperCut 50P is the manual for the old Cut 50D machine ,It is the only manual that i can find for the 40 and both 50 machines.
Online PDF is also outdated.
This is the manual for the SuperCut AND PowerPlasmas online. Not sure what is coming in the box.

There isn't a brochure for the SuperCut series, other than the comparison chart which they linked from the bottom.
We are working on a long term project to update the entire site...so priority is to maintain what we have making small updates as we can.
My Supercut 50P should be here Wednesday. I was planing on ordering some consumables for it but was wondering what I should be getting. In other words what parts wear out the fastest. I don't want to order a ton of ceramic shield cups if they tend to last a long time. Any advice?
