I was at a supplies website the other day, and noticed they had replacement gas nozzles for the Binzel torch on the IMIG 200. The original nozzle is working fine, just wanted a spare as backup. I wasn't at home so couldn't measure or pull a part number, and wound up ordering a nozzle just a touch smaller than the original.
I'm out of town so I can't test it... what's the effect of having a slightly smaller gas nozzle?
Finally a) had a chance to test this and b) remembered to do it. The answer is "no visible difference".

Prices look very reasonable- the nozzle I bought was $3, for instance.
Harbor freight and ssome tsc's have them.

Harbor Freight has them (only ones they carry so no part number needed), like Mark mentioned. I think it is 2 for $10.

Any LWS has them, just take yours in with you, they will have plenty of them :D
At that WeldingDepot site the replacement nozzle of the same size that ships with the IMIG 200's MB15AK torch is "B1530 145.0075". That's the conical nozzle with a 12mm opening- I was guesstimating and bought the 9.5mm nozzle.

I also found out via this web search that the US Binzel factory/office is in Frederick, MD, around the Washington DC beltway and up the highway from here... how bout that.

The 205/205P and 250P use a bigger 25AK. The Harbor Freight nozzle will fit the 15AK, on the IMIG-200 only. I think someone had a thread last few weeks and found them. It is not the 24, make sure you get 25 parts.Quote:

to locate the part you need; that WeldingDepot site has 22 different Binzel nozzles, and they use the Binzel part number (from the Binzel catalog) in their order number.
