Hello From texas
hey guys finally make the plunge and bought a powermaster 205. It took me going over to iraq making some extra cash to do it, but i did it and I'm not looking back! I haven't gotten a chance to hook everything up yet but i will soon. I had to go out and buy a 30gal compressor, and I am hopeful that everything works as listed and comparable to the popular name brand equipment I am used to.
oh, forgot to add. I have 7 years experience welding and non of which are tig so this should be interesting. so any advice would be greatly appreciated! my career back ground is contract military heavy mobile equipment mechanic, so now welding is just a hobby of mine

I have a friend going over right now with the same background, but he is going with OshKosh to be a trainer on the new vehicle and its systems.

Hi roninjiro, sounds like you really earned your money. I have last years version of the powermaster 205 and love it. Feel free to share some project pics.

performance, the friend you have going over with oshkosh should beware, they already recalled that vehicle, something about the roof being too weak for the turret system. got a few buddies with oshkosh too.
jericho777, yea i will definitely post pics of my projects as there will be many. this system will definitely get its workout and thats for sure.
