Power I MIG 140 specs and such

I figured since I was asking specifically about this welding machine I would start a new thread.

Looking at the pics I would like to know what the panel readout is i.e. wire speed or amps? The picture on the site says amps about the digital readout but the knob seems to say wire speed below it so? Which is it just so I know when I get it as I plan to order it tomorrow morning.

Also what are the actual specs? Are they what is listed on the Canadian website? These numbers seem to match what is listed on the US website for the 160? Being an electrical engineer and doing some magical numbers the max running amps at 120 do not jive with the max output at 100% duty cycle :(

What is the wire gauge going into the welder? What rating of plug should I use with this welder, if it has a max inrush of 18A then 20A should be plenty but I want to use standard plugs as the 18A will only be with the machine maxed out?

Not that I am wanting to argue just always trying to learn more. If I were to use 0.023 wire for sheet metal like 22 gauge would not the feed rate be low enough to not max out the drive? I am just not sure if the smaller wire would be better for such thin material. I believe Jody suggests it on his website for the small welders for sheet metal.

Does this welder come with a manual specific to it? The one on the site is for the 205 and the specs page that opens from the link does not even list the 140 :(

What are the dimensions of your units? Mainly this one, have you guys considered listing the sizes in the specs with the weight?

One last question for now, from seeing an ebay listing for this welder it appears to have a plastic drive mechanism is this the case?
