Like the post says. What are the best settings? The machine is a pp256. Right now I have the up and down slope set to 0 and the start and end amps set to 0. I have the switch set to 2t Does this sound right?

there is no up/down slope when u are in 2t mode. your foot pedel controls the amperage. if you set your machine at 50, then the pedal has the range of 0-50, if you turn it all the way up to 150, then u have 0-150. you just need to get a feel for what you are welding.
