Tracking number

The last two times I've ordered something from everlast I receive a tracking number but I have to call a few times before they actually get the part to ups. I called three times today and asked what was going on why my part was not shipped yet everyone I spoke to was gonna call me back but nobody returned my call. I ordered the part last Tuesday it would be nice for someone to send me my part. The last time I ordered it was two weeks before the part was shipped. I need the male quick connect for my torch.

Ok Thanks, If I don't answer leave a message I will call back, my phone is in and out of service at work.

I am not sure how UPS interfaces to EL, but I had a shipment coming in, and it showed on UPS as "not received by UPS" until a few days before it arrived across the country, but there was a tracking number since day one.

It could be slow shipping at the EL facility, or poor tracking on UPS. Not sure, but the package did arrive.
