welding cart/cooler project

finally had time to finish my cooler/welding cart project, the cart is made with salvaged scraps i has lying around, the bottom part is actually a bottom i built centuries ago for my snap on bottom tool box, didn`t need it anymore so figured i might as well use it for something else, couldn`t find a pro con pump in my area so i used a 115 v sprayer pump, tank is out of a golf cart, condenser out of a 89 crown vic, built in 220v extension cord with two 115 plugs, one is used for the cooler, i still have a few other things i want to add, i have a 115v cord reel i want to add and a few hooks ect.

Looks good all painted up and lettered. What are the gauge and valve on the front of the cooler?

i have a return to tank plumbed in , this allows me to increase or decrease the amount of return to tank which causes the pressure to be lower or by closing the tap it increases the pressure, Thanks for the comments!

Looks good, fire extinguisher is nice touch. For safety sake I would put covers on power outlets, be pretty easy to lay filler rod on top of welder and slide it in the power. Then its slow walking and loud singing.:mad::O

Thanks for the reminder!, i only had plastic covers lying around, want to put steel ones in place, i just keep forgetting about them when i go to the local hardware store!!

That's FUNNY!

i did leave enough room for a fan but haven`t installed one yet, used it a few weeks ago and with the tank volume the line to the cooler inlet was one degree warmer than the pump inlet, tank temp never changed, i`ll probably only throw in the fan before i start welding alluminum.
