Some stupid questions

I just sent my new baby back for replacement or repair and was wondering how long it usually takes to get them back?
I'm also interested in the I-mig welders and a defender hood. Any info from owners would be helpful. I found one on craigslist but for $75 more I can have a new one.
Here is the stupid part.... My new and first everlast is kinda blue. Would a custom wrap or powder coat void my warranty? I can't help it. My friend asked me why my hf welder had a everlast sticker on it. I know its petty but in all this green I feel like the guy with a arm growing out of his head.

You will need to call the main office to ask the question on the return time.

I've used the Defender and Fabricator. Both good. On our MIGs, for me, anything 200 amps or better does the trick. We use the I-MIG200 and 250P, both great units. I miss the old 205.

On the paint or powder coat, not sure that would bother the warranty and normally you would get the same unit back if it ever came in for repair. When you call to check on the return, ask someone in the main office, but I see no problem there myself.
