Any pictures of the final product?
How many welders are these batches?
This batch was 30 250's and 15 315's
Wow.. thats pretty good :)
Congrats on getting the EXT's moved so quickly, guys!
Wow, glad I ordered when I did! Glad you hit on such a hot product. When will they be shipping?
Todd,
I wouldn't say that. I worked with the very first one we had for testing. I simply had requested that we order more units than we did because I knew they would go very quickly. :P
I called last week to order a 250, of course found out they are sold out, .. .. ordered a 200dx instead, ..
I primarily work on aluminum cylinder head castings, .. I'm wondering if the 200dx will be enough even using gas mixes?
I can wait a few weeks for the 250, ..
Thanks,
curtis
Which 250 are you referring to? There's a 250 EX unit that is a mainstay of the Everlast line. This thread is talking about the newer 250 EXT machine.
BTW Welcome, Curtis. What city / state are you in?
You need to keep Helium below 25% if possible. The 200DX should be enough though.
Multiple passes shouldn't be a problem. I am not sure who told you to use a "hot" mix on our units. 25% He shouldn't be a problem, but you may experience hard starts and some arc instability.
Been here all day at ext 204.
