I have been so happy with my Everlast Powerplasma cutter for the last 6 months but the other day it would not start for nothing. I have workes several projects with it and it worked well. I have left messages for Olig or anyone in sales this week but no one has returned my call. Anyone know how to get hold of sale people . Thanks Mickey ( trickbiker)
I believe I have already responded to this. I am not sure why you have reposted? This is not a sales issue. This is a warranty, technical support issue. This sounds like a torch issue. FWIW Torches are warrantied for 6 months. I also laid down some things to check. Again, contact ext 203, 204, after 9 am monday. Ext 207 can help after 9 pacific.
