Hey does anyone know how to get ahold of Oleg? I purchased my unit about 6 months ago and it wouldn't start this week and I'm right in the middle of a job and I can't get a salesman to call me back at al at trickym1@juno.com. The unit is awsome and doing so good and , nothing. Thanks Trickbiker:O:(

Why are you calling a salesman? This is a warranty/technical support issue. Its the weekend. You'll need to wait until Monday to reach someone, unless you leave a message, then someone in tech support would call you back if they aren't out fishing...or playing golf, or spending time with their family.
Likely its a torch issue. If you have a purchase date, it would be good. Torches are warrantied for 6 months only.
Now, be sure to check your swirl ring in the torch, and make sure its 1) there 2) in good condition. This is the number one issue I see. Then, you may open up the torch and make sure the wires are secured to the switch. IF you are not getting air flow or anything, this could be the problem. Also if you have this symptom, then, the pins on the torch body that make contact with the cup could be fouled. You need to make sure they are getting good contact, and that they move in and out freely.
