Tear Drop Camper / tiny campers

Anyone have any experience building their own camper? I've been looking around some of the tear drop forums, and would like to build a small camper with a toilet and shower.

You missed the point of a Teardrop it is a very minimum in size and equipment to keep the weight down. And also very low so no wind resistance better MPG.

A guy in Sweden built this one. There are plans for them on Ebay too. But most are a bed and the back hatch has cooking equip and food storage.

That's good stuff, I would like to build a small camper. Nothing big 5x8 - 5x10, but I would like a small shower/toilet. I'm not a big camper, but it would be nice to have something you could vacation with.

That is a good size. My wife and I have used one that size for quite (it was parked on our place for a number of years) a while till its owner finally showed up and took it after we had gone to the trouble of fixing it up.

No re-numeration, no thanks. They just took it.

You can get different weight limit axles for different size trailers. I have a buddy that has a tandum axle Airstream withthis type axles.
