I am also interested. my garage is unheated and it gets pretty hard to find a comfortable/repeatable position with the stock lines. the braided setup we have a work is night and day different!
Johnson there are several threads about this, and examples of how to do it. The main cable fitting is standard and is not any different than Miller. The gas line fitting is also available aftermarket. The only issue is the torch switch connector pin plug, which is also fairly easily resolved.

Its been my experience, though I am not a torch expert, that there are usually about 3 styles of fittings on torches, and the threads can vary, even in name brands. Here is some info on the TIG torch fittings. They are called "inert arc fittings", and are referred to commonly as size "A", "B", and "C".

My Super200P had very close to a size "B" at the machine end (but it was a "close but different" 16mm metric threaded substitute... note this is an older machine made at a different factory than the current everlast machines.) There was a smaller fitting under the torch handle than at the machine end. I didn't double check to make certain, but believe it was a standard "size A" inert arc fitting.
When I bought a new TIG torch+cable setup from CK worldwide, I found that they had some torch models that differed only in which machine end inert arc fittings were used. For example, the only difference between a TL-210 and the TL-26 was that the TL-210 had a "size B" machine end inert fitting, whereas the TL-26 has the "size C" (Aside from that fitting, everything else between the TL-26 and TL-210 is identical.)
You can see this difference in their torch parts break down. The TL210 has "2AN" union nut (and 21PFH nipple) at the machine end, (which is basically the size "B" inert arc fitting.)

If you see a "15PF" nut/nipple (such as at the machine and torch ends of a CK17) in any CK torch break-downs, I think that is a size "A" inert arc fitting.

You might find the CK torch parts breakdowns useful, because it is likely that a CK
"17" torch had the same fittings (interchangeable) with other brand of "17" torches, and so on for comparing CK with other brand torches having identical numbers in their model names.
So by studying the CK parts breakdowns, you can learn about which TIG torches share fittings with other TIG torches. Hope this helps.
Edit: oh by the way, I'm guessing that the watercooled torch that comes with the Everlast250EX is a WP-18, or similar. Therefore, you can learn about which fittings it uses by studying the CK18 torch parts breakdown, here:
