So this final picture is the blade part of my turbine assembly. Hope you enjoy.
The first pic was the start of the steam generator. I wont show everything together for proprietary reasons. Not that I am making any money off this. But I do put a lot of work into my inventions and designs. This second pic is the injectors themselves. Again, lots of welding on this. Im sure you can see my amateurish welding at work.
Hello again, Sorry I have been busy latley. Here are some of the pics I mentioned. Again, keep in mind I am just learning to tig weld. No classes or anything. Just my own homework and whatever I pick up here and there. Some of the work is unfinished. I am still truggling with doing my T joints.Especially on curved objects. You will notice on the injectors a lot of fill. Makes it look sloppy. However, this is my prototype and its nothing some grinding work cant solve. A lot ...
I will be posting some new pics of one of the turbine blades I welded. I actually used the 250 to weld it up. I am teaching myself so its not super clean. Anyways, look forward to posting it for anybody interested in this kind of stuff.
Does anybody tinker around with building new engine designs? I enjoy tinkering with different designs. Ive tinkered with about seven different heat engine designs. Ive built a super efficient stirling engine, a couple micro steam turbines, working on a memory wire engine and looking into a completley new design based on the curie principle. Still working on the one thats gonna be simple, efficient, low cost and multifuel capable.
