Thanks - tried a call but no one around so dropped an email. No pinouts in my manual, but did find them in other manuals and it's Pin 1 and 2 only.

Voltage depends on arc length. It can go beyond that. Wattage is not true because of loss of efficiency as well. Plus you have inrush loading etc. ...

Hi Mark, I had the same question regarding my 225LX. Does Pin 1 and 2 for the trigger switch apply to all Everlast Tig machines? THX!
