NOVA Power Series Torches with Ultra-Flex Cables and DINSE Type Adapters
A good option to have
TIG welders should always have a backup torch. In the world of TIG welding, there is no such thing as a “one size fits all” approach when it comes to TIG torches. Each TIG torch has a duty-cycle and amperage limitation and will find its own niche in the shop. Typically, the bigger the torch, the greater the amperage the torch can handle. This can lead to confusion though as many people think water-cooled TIG torches are smaller in general when compared to any air-cooled torch. But that really isn’t the case. Don’t forget that Everlast TIG torches offer a range of styles and prices including rigid head TIG torches, Gas valve TIG torches, Flex head TIG torches, Flex head torches with gas valves, and rotary flex head TIG torches. These torches can be coupled with standard length Torch hoses from 12.5 to 25 feet, and are available in standard flex and Ultra Flex options and compare well with any name brand on the market.
Matching up TIG torches to the basic sizes
As far as TIG torches are concerned, there are only two basic sizes in common use, the 9 air cooled TIG torch and 20 series water cooled torch are small and roughly equal in size, and the 17 air cooled torch, the 26 air cooled torch and the 18 water cooled TIG torch constitute the other, larger size. The torches in the same group will have all their consumables in common and will interchange freely. Although the 17 series Air cooled TIG torch does enjoy a smaller foot print than either the 26 air cooled torch or the 18 air cooled torch, the consumables readily interchange. There simply is no difference and TIG torch consumables are compatible when crossing brands as well. All torch consumables of the same “number” should interchange from brand to brand. While a 20 water-cooled torch is smaller than an air cooled 17 TIG torch or the larger 26 series air cooled TIG torch, it cannot meet the amperage demands of a large TIG welder such as the PowerTIG 325EXT if it is operating at or near maximum amperage. In this case you may want to consider the heavier EV 18 series torches.
Everlast provides a variety of welding products, including stick welders, TIG welders, MIG welders, wire feeders, welding consumables, plasma cutters, water coolers, welding protection equipments, guns and torches, and other accessories.
Accessories and Parts
Everlast offers a wide variety of welding parts and accessories.
Consumables are important components for manufacturing industries and the overall welding process.
Guns and Torches
There is a variety of welding equipment, which includes a wide range of guns, gears and torches. Each piece of equipment serves a different purpose. For example: MIG welding will require different equipment from plasma cutting processes.
Helmets and Safety
Investing in the right welding helmet is a smart and convenient way to enjoy added protection. Still, welding is a potentially dangerous activity, forcing welders to avoid burns, electric shock, eye damage, poisonous fumes, and overexposure to ultraviolet light and radiation. Everlast safety helmets are thus a necessity for welders.
