The Tig welders (Tungsten Inert Gas) are used for welding mainly steel and non ferrous metal. These are very easy to operate and are automatic equipment. They are expensive than other welder equipment but also gives a neat finish than the other welders. These are mostly utilized by the chemical and instrument industries. One of the merits of Tig welder is it joins the other metal by heating and doesn’t need filler material.

There are some instructions which should be followed while using Tig welder. There are:

• The first thing is to establish the Arc and to produces a puddle for this welding. You can also add the filler here and make guidance for the puddle.

• Next thing is to clean the welding equipment before welding. If not cleaned it can damage the welding machine.

• Then turn on the gas according to the metal. For example if you welding steel then argon and carbon dioxide are used.

• The size of weld also matters when it comes to weld an arc. It is lot more easily to weld an arc with small Tig weld.
