Terms for plasma cutters and welders

• Warranty is 5 years (welders/plasma cutters/combo units) . Costumer is responsible of sending unit back and Everlast will ship out a new unit for free.
• Shipping and Handling is FREE to your Residence (Prices include tracking and insurance).
• Once the payment is received in full, we will ship your item within 3 business days. Most of the time, the item(s) will be sent the same day! A tracking number will be sent to your email address the day of shipment.
• If you pay via PayPal, shipping will be to your confirmed address only. If you plan to pick up the generator at a terminal, the confirmed buyer must bring his/her identification.
• We do not deliver to the following locations: PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and Puerto Rico. We do have a pickup location International shipping is available only if the winner pays via BANK TO BANK WIRE
• Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and International customers please email us for a shipping quote before bidding. Shipping is not FREE.
• You are responsible to inspect your item for any damages before signing off on delivery. If you fail to inspect your item, the shipping company may not take responsibility for any damages that might have occurred during shipping which are discovered later. We will help you file a damage claim in an unlikely event.
• For returns, contact must be made within 48 hours of delivery so an RMA number is issued. If there is damage, we can help file a damage claim immediately. However, the damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• The buyer is responsible for all return costs, insurance, and tracking. UNLESS ITEM IS DOA.
• DOA items: In an even you will get non-working unit, we will exchange it free of charge.

Items returned must be in an unused condition. We will inspect all returns before accepting the package. We will not accept packages that are not in original packaging, have missing parts, damages, and packages that have not been approved for return by our initial contact or packages missing an RMA number. These packages will be refused and sent back to YOU at your cost.

EVERLAST . is responsible for the shipping charge of replacement part. EVERLAST is responsible for the cost of the replacement part.Warranty does not cover service & labor. Warranty does not cover damage to plastic or outter parts. If a such a part is damaged when you receive it, please read shipping damage. Warranty does not cover wearable parts ( for example, spark plug, filter,tires, battery,frame,)

Generators Returns

• We will issue a refund only on the AUCTION ENDING PRICE (Shipping and Handling is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances)

Legal Notices

All units are inspected prior to shipment. A ONE (1) year warranty applies on the units. There is no labor warranty. EVERLAST offers no additional warranty. You must inspect all equipment prior to use and take full responsibility for assuring the equipment is in good working order. The engine is shipped without oil, and the user will need to add oil prior to operation. The battery is shipped dry without distilled water. We will send you replacement parts or assist with filing a damage claim in the unlikely event that shipping damage occurs. We must be notified of any and all claims within 48 hours of your receiving the generator. No products may be returned without receiving an official RMA number. Products returned without this number written on the box will be refused. The goods must be returned in original packaging and be in unused, new condition. The Buyer is responsible for return freight and original outbound freight is non-refundable. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by this unit. Please read the manual for safety instructions before operating the unit. By bidding on this auction, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of this auction. All litigations must be settled in the courts of San Francisco, CA.
