Power Ultra 205 Plasma Problems

I have used my Power Ultra 205 several times since receiving it in mid June but encountered my first problem with it tonite. I was cutting some 1/8 thick square tubing with the plasma cutter and the machine began to make an audible arcing/hissing/snapping sound inside. The indicator LEDs went out but the fans continued to run. I shut it off for several minutes and tried it again...that same arcing/hissing/snapping sound. I looked through the finned grill work on the front of the machine and could see arcing within. I don't know what to do now...please help. :cry:

Nice talking to you and very sorry we could not run all the testing I would have liked. I sent an email also where we left off on debugging the unit. Ask for ext. 201 and they will take care of you from here.

Yes...it was good talking with you, too. Thanks for the quick reply (phone call). Although I'm disappointed that the unit isn't working right, I am happy about all the great support Everlast is providing. Mike R (Tech Support), Alex, Katya, and the rest...you are really going out of your way to makes things right. That means a lot to me. I look forward to getting this straightened out.
