nope not stainless ,they power wash them down after each mix and gets completly coated with vegatable oil each time, but i am told i will be making 2 out of stainless.
Where I am, all cooking/eating places are stainless in the back operating parts. Was the project the date/time on the camera or like Ram said, you just need to set itNot that is matters, but I caught that too. I would turn the date stamp off myself.
So it is cold rolled steel, that is surprising for sure. What do you use all the bread for?
